Beef: GAAYE KA GOSHT गाए का गोश्त

Chicken: CHIC-KEN, MURG चिकन, मुर्ग़

Fish: MACH-LI मछली

Pork: SUWAR KA GOSHT सुअर का गोश्त

Broil: BHOON-NA भूनना

Bake: SEK-NA (v). सेकना Baked: SA-KA, सेका SEN-KA( N is nasalized like french) सेंका

Boil: U-BA-AL-NA. उबालना Boiled: U-B’LA उबला

Fry: TAL-NA. तलना Fried: TA-LA तला
