Hello Everyone,
Namaste
Good morning to all of you, I am Shipra Gupta from India. I am an online tutor who takes Hindi lessons online. I am very thankful to all the listeners for such a great response and for sending me all your queries.
So let’s start the work for today.
The spelling in English is – door दरवाजा
The sentence is close the door, darwaja band kar do. दरवाजा बंद करो
I am sure everyone is able to understand it clearly
See you all tomorrow.
bye

(4.91 out of 5)
The sentence is close the door, darwaja band kar do. दरवाजा बंद करो
You said the hindi line says, “darwaja band kar do”, but it says, “darwaja band karo”. Your hindi is wrong.
Besides, proper pronunciation is darvāzā, not darwaja. If long vowels are not marked out and persian phonems are not expressed, how is anybody supposed to write it and most of all say it correctly? Why do so called instructors not know the basic pronunciation rules and do not use the international transliteration for Hindi and Sanskrit?
I am forever grateful, I am learning a lot. Thanks much!
