We welcome all feedback, both positive and negative. While it would be best for me [Nathan] to learn Hindi before starting this podcast, I feel that the program actually benefits by having me learn Hindi as we do the program. Meena has taught Hindi for 30+ years at the high school level, and has been speaking Hindi since her childhood days. Nariandas has also been speaking Hindi since he is a child. Sonia has also been speaking Hindi since a child.
I have actually been trying to learn Hindi for 10+. I would pick it up intensely for a week or so, and then take a 6 month break, only to start back at the beginning again. Having to do the podcast makes me have to learn a little Hindi everyday. And I hope that in a few years, I will sound fairly good in Hindi. Hopefully you will check back and let us know what you think. Since I am learning Hindi, I feel it helps me to ask those questions about things in Hindi that are obvious and understood by a person that knows Hindi well, but that confuse an person learning Hindi. And Meena and Nariandas are there to correct my pronunciation, which I think where I have trouble might be with the same things that other English speakers have trouble with.
Also, I am glad that you feel that you have made good progress in learning to speak Hindi.
