Today we practice reading Hindi.  Here are the sentences we cover:

1) I am a boy.

मैं लड़का हूँ।

main lardkaa huun|

 

2) We are Rucha and Jay.

हम ऋचा और जय।

hum Ruchaa aur Jay|

 

3)  You are a girl.

तुम लड़की हो।

tum lardkii ho|

 

4)  You are brother and sister.

तुम भाई और बहन हो।

tum bhaii aur bahan ho|

 

5) He is Jay.

वह जय है।

vah jay hai|

 

6)  She is Rucha.

वह ऋचा है।

vah Ruchaa hai|

 

7)  It is a cat.

वह बिल्ली है।

vah billii hai|
