भारत (Bharat ) India - निबंध (nibandh) Essay
Devanagari Transliteration Translation
1.भारत ३ , २९० ,००० वर्ग किमी. (१ .२७ मिलियन वर्ग मील.)के क्षेत्र में फैला हुआ है |
(Bharat 3,290,000 varg kilometer.(1.27 million varg meel) ke kshetra mein failla hua hai.)
India is spread in the area of 3.29 million sq. km. (1.27 million sq. miles).
2. भारत अमेरिका के लगभग एक -तिहाई आकार का है|
(Bharat America ke laghbhag ek -tihai aakaar ka hai.)
India is about one-third of the size of the U.S.
3. भारत के उत्तर क्षेत्र में हिमालय पहाड़ , पश्चिम में रेगिस्तान और अन्य जगहों में छोटी पहाडी, पठार, मैदान और नदियाँ हैं |
(Bharat ke uttar mein Himalay pahad, pashchim mein registaan aur anya jagahon mein chhoti pahaadi, pathaar, maidan aur nadiyan hain.)
The Himalayan mountains in the north, deserts in west and the hills,
plateau ,plains and rivers are there at other places/locations of India .
4 . वर्ष २००९ में भारत की जनसंख्या १.१७ अरब थी जिसमें शहर की आबादी उनतीस (२९)% शामिल थी |
(Varsh 2009 mein Bharat ke jansankhya 1.17 arab tthee jismey shahar kee aabaadee unntees(29) %shamil tthee.)
The population of India in the year 2009 was1.17 billion which included urban population of 29%.
5. वार्षिक जनसंख्या वृद्धि दर १.५५ % है और जनसंख्या का घनत्व तीन सौ चौबीस(३२४) प्रति वर्ग किलोमीटर है |
(Varshik jansankya vriddhi dar 1.55% hai aur jansankhya ka ghanatv teen sau chaubees ( 324) prati varg kilometer hai.)
The annual population growth rate is 1.55% and the population density is 324/sq. km.
6. भारत में २००० जातियों से अधिक जातियों का समूह हैं | ( हिंद आर्य बहत्तर (७२) %, द्रविड़ पच्चीस (२५) % एवं अन्य तीन (३) %)
( Bharat mein 2000 se adheek jaateeyon ka samooh hain(Hind Aaarya bahattar(72 )%, Dravid pacchees(25)% evam anya teen(3 )%).)
There are more than 2,000 ethnic groups in India (Indo-Aryan 72%, Dravidian 25%, others 3%).
7. हालांकि यहां के इक्कासी (८१) % लोग हिंदू हैं, भारत में १३.८ करोड़ से भी अधिक मुसलमान हैं जो दुनिया की एक सबसे बड़ी मुस्लिम आबादी का घर है |
(Haalan ki yahan ke ekkasi (81%)loge Hindu hain, Bharat mein 13.8 crore se bhee adheek musalmaan hain jo duniya kee ek subsey badee muslim aabadee ka ghar hai.)
Although 81% of its people are Hindu, India is also the home of more than 138 million Muslims, one of the world’s largest Muslim populations.

The population also includes Muslim 12.4%, Christian 2.3%, Sikh 1.9%, other groups includes Buddhist, Jain, Parsi within 1%.

9.भारत के मुख्य भाषाओं में हिंदी, अंग्रेजी और सोलह (१६) अन्य आधिकारिक भाषाएँ शामिल हैं |

The literacy rate is sixteyone(61)% in India .
11. भारत में शिशु मृत्यु दर तीस (३०) प्रति एक हजार (१०००) है और जीवन प्रत्याशा सत्तर (७०) वर्ष है |
(Bharat mein Shishu mrityu dar tees ( 30 ) prati ek hazaar (1000) hai aur jeevan pratyaasha sattar(70 )varsh hai.)
The Infant mortality rate in India is 30 per 1,000 and the life expectancy is seventy(70 )years .
12. भारत में कार्य करने वालों की संख्या लगभग पैतालीस (४५) करोड़ है| (६०% कृषि उद्योग और वाणिज्य १२%, सेवाओं और सरकारी २८ %) .
(Bharat mein Kaarya karney walon ke sankya lagbhag 45 karod hai.( 60% krishi, 12% udhyog aur vanijya, 28% sevayen evam sarkaree ).)
The work force No. is approx. 450 million in India.( 60% Agriculture, 12% Industry and commerce, 28% services and government).

(Bharat sarkaar sanheey ganraajya prakaar kee hai.)
The type of Government of India is federal republic.
14. भारत ने १५ अगस्त १९४७ को अंग्रेजों से स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त की |
(Bharat ney 15 August 1947 ko angrejon se swatantrata praapt kee.)
India got freedom from the Britishers on August 15, 1947 .
15. भारतीय के संविधान का गठन २६ जनवरी १९५० को किया गया था|
(Bharateey key savindhaar ka gathan 26 janwaree 1950 ko kiya gaya ttha.)
The Indian constitution was formed/constituted on January 26, 1950.
