(Aanson bharee hain ye jeevan ki raahen,koi unse kehte humein bhool jaayein.
Tears abound is in my path of these life, someone just tell her to forget me.)
वादे (promise) भुला दे , कसम (oath) तोड़ दे वो ,हालत (condition) पे अपनी, हमें छोड़ (leave) दे वो, (Waade bhoolaa dey, kasam toad de woh, haalat pe apnee, humein chhod de woh,)
Ignore the oaths and she break the promises, and leave me in such a condition.
कोई उनसे ( her) कह दे हमें भूल (forget) जाएँ वो , (koye unse keh dey hamein bhool jaayein voh ) Someone just tell her to forget me.
ऐसे जहान ( world) से क्यों हम दिल (heart) लगायें?
(Aise jahaan se kyun ham dil lagaayein?)
(Why should I be interested (put my heart) in such a world?
बरबादियों ( ruin) की अजब (strange) दास्तान (tale) हूँ ,
(Barbaadiyoon ki ajab dastaan hoon,) I am such a strange tale of ramshackles,(ruin/destruction)
शबनम (dews) भी रोये , मैं वो आसमान (sky) हूँ ,
(Shabnam bhee roye, main wo aasman hoon,) (Even dew bemoans, I am such a dejected sky)
तुम्हे घर मुबारक (congratulation), हमें अपनी आहें (sigh) , (Tumhe ghar mubarak, humein apni aahein,) (Congrats on your new home, whereas I am content/happy with my sighs)
कोई उनसे कह दे हमें भूल (forget) जाएँ ,
(Koyee unasey keh dey humein bhool jaayein (someone just tell her to forget me)
