{Suresh 335} Sentences from the words frequently used in Hindi
हिंदी में बहुधा प्रयुक्त होने वाले शब्दों से वाक्य ( hindi mein bahudhaa prayukt honay waaley shabdon se vaaky)
तक (Tak) = till, up to :
क्या तुम मुझे घर तक छोड़ दोगे? ( Kya tum mujhey ghar tak chhod dogey? ) Will you leave me upto the house.( drop)
है (Hai) = is :
वह आ रहा है । ( Vah aa raha hai. ) He is coming.
आप (Aap) = you (formal) :
आप लापरवाह हैं । ( Aap laaparwaah hain. ) You are reckless/careless.
कि (Ki) = that :
मैने कहा था कि तुम रात में अकेले मत घूमा (roam) करो। ( mainey kaha tha ki tum raat mein akeliey mat ghoomaa karo. ) I had told that
you do not roam at night alone.
यह (Yah) = it
यह एक अजीब (strange) घटना है । ( Yah ek ajeeb ghatnaa hai.) It is a strange incidence/phenomenon.
लिए (Liye) = for
मैं तुम्हारे लिए कुछ भी कर सकता हूँ | ( main tumhaarey liye kuchh bhee kar saktaa huun. ) I can do anything for you.
पर (Par) = at/on :
मेज ( table) पर बिल्ली बैठी थी । (Mez par billee baithee they.) The cat was sitting on the table.
केवल (Keval) = only}
केवल मैं वहा था । ( Keval main vahan tha.) I was only there.
वे (Veh) = they :
वे निर्धन हैं । ( Vey nirdhan hain. ) They are poor.
मैं (Main) = I :
मैं तैरना चाहता हूँ । ( Main tairnaa chahtaa huun. ) I want to swim.
बाद (Baad) = after /later
बाद में आना । ( Baad mein aana.) Come back later/afterwards.
सदा (Sadaa) = always :
सदा सत्य ( truth) बोलो | ( Sada saty bolo.) Always speak the truth.
साथ (Sath) = with :
मैं उसके साथ आया हूँ । ( Main uskey saath aaya huun. ) I have come with him.
उसका (uska) = his :
मैं उसका नौकर (servant) हूँ । ( main uskaa naukar huun. ) I am his servant.
वह (Vah) = he
वह एक कर्मठ ( strong) इंसान है । ( Vah ek karmath insaan hai.) He is a strong person
था (Tha) = was
वह बत्तमीज़ ( rude) था । ( Vah battameez tha. ) He was rude .
एक (Ek) = a, one :
मुझे एक कलम (pen) की आवश्यकता है |( Mujhey ek kalam kee aavashyaktaa hai. ) I need a pen.
और (Aur) = and ( एवं – evam means also and)
राम और/ एवं श्याम मैदान में खेल रहे हैं । ( Ram aur/evam Shyam maidaan mein khel rahey hain.) Ram and Shyam are playing in the ground.
की (Ki) = of :
यह उसकी कार है । ( yah uskee car hai.) It is his car. ( It means this car belongs to him.)
में (Mein) = in :
घर में कोई भी नहीं है । ( Ghar mein koyee bhee nahin hai. ) There is no one at all in the house.
