व्यायाम (Vyaayaam) or कसरत (kasrat)

नियमित ( regular) व्यायाम एक स्वस्थ जीवन शैली ( life style) का एक हिस्सा ( part) है|
(Niyamit vyaayaam ek swasth jeevan shailee kaa ek hisaa hai.)
Regular exercise is a part of a healthy lifestyle.
आपको किस प्रकार का और कितना व्यायाम करना चाहिए , इसके
बारे में अपने चिकित्सक ( doctor) से परामर्श ( consult) करें:अगर (if)
(Aapko kis prakaar ka aur kitaa vyaayaam karna chahiye,iskey
baarey mein apney chikitsak se paraamarsh karein:, agar
Consult your doctor about what type and how much exercise you should do,:if
*सक्रिय ( active) नहीं रहे हैं । ( Sakriya nahin rahey hain. )

• कोई स्वास्थ्य समस्या ( problem) है । ( Koyee swassthy samasya hai.) Any
helath problem is there.
• गर्भवती हैं। ( garbhvatee hain.) are pregnant • 60 साल की उम्र खत्म हो गई हो । (60 saal kee umr khatm ho gayee ho.)
Are over age 60
• Have not been active • Have any health problems • Are pregnant • Are over 60 years of age
सप्ताह (week) में चार से छ दिन कसरत ( exercise) करें ।
Saptaah mein chaar se chh din kasrat karein.)
Exercise four to six days a week.
कम से कम आधे (half) घंटे ( hour) तक व्यायाम करें ।
(Kam se kam aadhey ghantey tak vyaayaam karein.)
Do exercise at least for half an hour.
आप धीरे धीरे ( gradually ) कसरत ( exercise) का समय ( time) एवं दिन ( day)
बढ़ा ( increase) सकते हैं ।
(Aaap dheerey dheerey kasrat ka samay evam din badhaa saktey hain.)
You can gradually increase the exercise time and days.
नियमित व्यायाम दिल ( heart) एवं फेफड़ों ( lungs) के कामकाज ( functioning)
में सुधार ( improve) करने में मदद ( helps) करता है|
(Niyamit vyayaam dil evam fefaon ke kaamkaaj mein sudhaar karney
mein madad kartaa hai.)
Regular excercise helps to improve the functioning of heart and lungs.
यह आपको दबाव (stress) और तनाव ( tension) से छुटकारा ( relieve) दिलाने
में तथा आपके मनोदशा (mood) को सुधार ( improve) करने में मदद करेगा ।
(Yah aapko dabaav aur tanaav sey chhutkaara dilaaney mein
tathaa aapkey manodasha ko sudhaar laaney mein madad karegaa.
This will help you in relieving from stress and tension and
improve your mood.
यह हृदय ( heart) रोग , उच्च रक्तचाप ( high B.P) , ऑस्टियोपोरोसिस (हड्डियों की कमजोरी)
और मधुमेह ( diabetes) के खतरे ( risk) को कम ( reduces) कर देता है।
(Yah hriday roag, ucch raktchaap, osteoporosis ( haddiyon kee kamzoree)
aur madhumeh ke khatrey ko kam kar deta hai.)
This reduces the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis and diabetes .
यह एक स्वस्थ वजन ( weight ) को बनाए रखने या अपना वजन कम करने में
सहायता प्रदान (provides) करता है |
(Yah ek swasth vajan ko banaye rakhney ya apnaa vajan kam
karney mein sahaaytaa pradaan karta hai.)
It provides help to maintain a healthy weight or
assists you in losing weight.
यह संतुलन (balance) , मांसपेशियों में सुधार एवं जोड़ों ( joints)
में लचीलापन ( flexibility) लाता है ।
(Yah santulan, maanspeshiyon mein sudhaar evam jodon
mein lacheelaapan laata hai.)
It brings in improvement in the balance, muscle
tone and joint's flexibility.
कसरत करना बंद ( stop) कर दें अगर,आप आपके सीने , शरीर के अन्य
अंगों ( parts) में, दर्द या दबाव (pressure) महसूस ( feel) करें
, या अचानक चक्कर आये या ठण्ड पसीना , या पीलापन या
बेहोशी,आदि आती हो ।
(Kasrat karna band kar dein agar, aap aapkey seeny,
shareer ke any angon mein ,dard ya dabaav mahsoon karein ,
ya achanak chakkar aaye ya thanda paseenaa ya peelapan ya
behoshee, aadi aatee ho.)
Stop doing exercise in case you feel Pain or pressure in
your chest, other parts of body or sudden dizziness
or Cold sweat or Pallor or Fainting etc.
