बंदर और घंटी (Bandar aur ghantee):कहानी
एक दिन, एक डाकू( robber) ने एक मंदिर की घंटी( bell) को चुरा (stole) लिया
और जंगल की ओर ( towards) भाग गया|
(Ek din, ek daaku ney ek mandir kee ghantee ko churaa liya aur
jangal kee oar bhaag gaya.) One day, a robber stole a temple bell and ran towards the forest.
एक बाघ ने घंटी की टनटनाहट (jingle) सुनी और ध्वनि ( sound) का पता
लगाने के लिए उत्सुक (curious) हो गया ।
(Baagh ney ghantee kee tantannahat sunee aur dhwani ka pata
lagaaney ke liye utsuk ho gaya.) A Tiger heard the jingle of the bell and became curious to
locate the sound.
जैसे ही,( as soon as ) उसने डाकू को देखा, वह उस पर कूद ( jumped )
गया और उसे तुरंत ( at once) मार डाला |
(Jaise hee usney daakoo ko dekha, vah us par kood gaya aur usey
turant maar daalaa.) As soon as, he saw the robber, he jumped upon him and killed
him at once. घंटी जमीन (ground) पर( on) गिर ( fell) गई |
(Ghantee jameen par gir gayee.)
The bell fell on the ground.
कुछ दिनों के बाद, बंदरों के एक समूह( group) ने घंटी को देखा और उसे
अपने घर ले गए ।
(Kuchh dinon ke baad, bandaron ke ek samooh ney ghantee ko
dekhaa aur usey apney ghar ley gaye.) After a few days, a group of monkeys spotted the bell and
carried it to their home.
उन्हें घंटी की टनटनाहट( jingle) बहुत दिलचस्प ( interesting ) लगी |
(Unhein ghantee kee tantanaahat bahut dilchasp lagee.) They found the jingle of the bell very interesting.
गांव के लोग शोर ( noise) से डरते थे और उन्होने आतंक( terror) के
कारण गांव छोड़ने का निर्णय( decided) लिया |
(Gaanv ke loag shor se dartey they aur unhoney aatank ke
kaaran ghaanv chhodney ka nirnay liya.)
The people of the village used to be scared of the noise and
they decided to leave the village due to terror.
उस गांव में एक बुद्धिमान ( wise) और निर्भीक /निडर महिला ( fearless/bold) थी ।
(Us gaanv mein ek buddhimaan aur nirbheek/nidar mahilaa thee.) There was an intelligent and bold/fearless woman in that village.
उसने पहाड़ी ( hill) के पास एक पेड़ के नीचे ( under) कुछ फलों ( fruits)
को रखा।
(Usney pahaadee ke paas ek paid ke neechey kuchh falon ko rakhaa.) She placed/kept some fruits under a tree near the hill.
उसने दूर से बंदरों पर नजर( watch) रखी ।
(Usney door se bandaron par nazar rakhee.) She kept a watch of the monkeys from a distance.
वे फल लेने के लिए दौडे (ran) |
(Vey fal leney ke liye daudey.) They ran to pick the fruits .
महिला ने जल्दी से घंटी उठाई और गांव की ओर पहुँची (reached) ।
(Mahila ney jaldee se ghantee oothaayee aur gaanv kee oar pahunchee.) The woman picked up the bell quickly and reached towards the village.
उस दिन के बाद से, वहाँ लोग खुशी ( happily) से रहने लगे ।
(Us dein ke baad sey, vahan loag khushee se rahney lagey.) Since that day,the people began to live there happily.
