काटो = [you] reap (present tense) (काटना = to reap)

कल = tomorrow
किसने = who [pronoun]
देखा = has seen (देखना = to see)
पेहले तोलो, फिर बोलो ।
First you weigh, then speak.

First work, then get paid.
फिक्र करने से क्या होता है ।
